The objective of the event was to raise awareness about the significance of sport and play in promoting youth development, inclusion, equality, and empowerment. The event facilitated the coming together of practitioners, experts, and stakeholders to exchange innovative ideas and discuss best practices in leveraging sports as a tool for building resilient and stronger communities. Notably, the panel featured distinguished speakers including the acting UN Resident Coordinator in North Macedonia, the director of UN Women Skopje, the French deputy ambassador, the president of the Olympic Committee, and the dean of the Faculty for Physical Education, Sport, and Health.
