Sport Social Solutions has joined the partnership in the new project “Youth Placemaking Balkans,” which aims to effectively integrate the needs of youth into placemaking for active recreation. The project seeks to engage young people in placemaking processes to foster civic engagement and active citizenship, build new skills in youth and youth workers through education and training, and establish a youth placemaking network to promote social entrepreneurship and cultural exchanges, thereby supporting regional identity.
The primary target group for this project is youth aged 16-29 in communities with low access to opportunities for engagement.
The project will involve five partners over a 24-month term.
YPB is an Erasmus + funded project.
