Silvija Mitevska has contributed in developing the first gender equality analysis in sport in North Macedonia, supported by the UN Women office in Skopje. The publication was presented at a public event in front of a different range of stakeholders both from the sport sector and the national authorities. Within the event, a panel discussion with female athletes, coaches and activists was launched and moderated by Mrs. Mitevska on behalf of the Commission on Women and Sport at the national Olympic Committee.
