Are you a young female athlete (aged 18–26) ready to grow as a leader through sport? 

Apply now for the Almako Sport Diplomacy Program: Leadership Through Sport, a regional training initiative supported by the U.S. State Department through the Global Sports Mentoring Program (GSMP), aimed at empowering young women in sport from North Macedonia, Kosovo, and Albania. 

This is the third edition of the program, following the successful first exchange held in Skopje in 2024 and the second one in Tirana in 2025.

The upcoming training will take place in Prishtina, Kosovo, on May 30–31, 2026, and is part of a well-organized program designed to equip participants with leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. 

All travel (from Skopje), accommodation, and meals are fully covered. 

Female athletes from all sports disciplines are encouraged to apply. Applicants must be actively involved in sport, have good English skills, and submit a Motivation Letter in English (explaining their interest in the program and the sport they practice) to todorovska@sportsolutions.mk by May 25th, 2026.
